Because I have this weird thing about me always having to improve, be good at something, and have a small degree of external validation to the things I choose to dedicate energy to, (not necessarily a healthy mindset), I’m joining the tumblr-verse to document my thoughts and the thoughts of like-minded individuals on what constitutes a healthy and fitness-based lifestyle. There are numerous positions on this spectrum one can take, and I’m going for the balanced approached that will work for me and hopefully can work for others. I’m not sure what all will be placed here, but here is a list of tags you will find common here (in no particular order):
