Took my time prior to the interval to warm up and perform some skill practice. I watched some CFE vids from BMac (all great), then headed out. I knew I wanted to run last night, even told my wife I planned on running. I wanted to sleep as long as my body wanted to, and inevitably I still woke up at 0530. In my head I knew I wanted to run before the sun made it too hot. The objective of the WOD was to stay within 2-3 seconds, so I ran until I broke that parameter. I really wanted to hit 10 rounds, but since I’ve taken off from CFE programming in Nov it will take me a while to build back up to that foundation. Since I’m moving in July, I may end up following CFE run programming but still follow CF Purgatory for my S&C. I’m pretty sure following two different programming schemes isn’t optimal, but I’ve done it before and it worked out ok. We’ll see what happens.!
